Sugar Cookie Chihuahuas is a small hobby breeder in the Allen - Dallas area of Texas. We are a second-generation breeder with our family breeding small dogs since the 1990s. Our main priority is ensuring the health and well-being of all our animals from birth until they leave with their forever family - and beyond.
